Clouder places particular importance on protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers and visitors. This policy describes how Clouder collects, uses, retains and protects your data, in accordance with the United Arab Emirates’ Federal Decree-Law on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

Identification data — first and last name, company name; postal address, city, country; email address and phone number; supporting documents required (Emirates ID, trade license, passport, etc.).

Technical and usage data — IP address and connection logs; order and billing data; information on subscribed services; browsing data (cookies).

Creating and managing the customer account and the contractual relationship.

Registering, managing and renewing subscribed services (domain names, hosting, VPS, email).

Billing, payment processing and collections.

Assistance and technical support.

Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, in particular those of the TDRA for .ae domain names.

Improving services and infrastructure security.

Processing carried out by Clouder relies, depending on the case, on performance of the contract with the Customer, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, the data subject’s consent, or Clouder’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security and improvement of its services.

Clouder’s authorized internal departments, within the scope of their duties.

The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) for data related to .ae domain names, including publication of WHOIS information.

Technical providers and partners strictly necessary to deliver the services (registries, payment providers, email solutions), bound by confidentiality obligations.

Competent authorities where required by law.

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, plus any retention periods required by applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations. Beyond that, it is deleted or anonymized.

Clouder’s sites may use cookies to ensure they function properly, remember your preferences and measure audience. You can configure your browser at any time to accept, refuse or delete cookies. Refusing certain cookies may however limit access to some features.

Clouder implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel and sensitive exchanges are encrypted.

In accordance with the UAE’s federal Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have a right of access, rectification and objection regarding data concerning you. You can exercise these rights by emailing contact@clouder.ae.

For legitimate reasons, the data subject may object to the processing of their data and refer the matter to the UAE Data Office.
